it would be better for the ally that babyBOAT would let other trustworthy members to have a shot on the other position other than LEADER....namely, Home Secretary, General, and Diplomat... so that there would b a share of services???

Although in theory I agree with you, and before this alliance, I would've been 100% behind you, but in this case, I have to say that I disagree... BabyBOAT does an incredible job at all of hem, and is more active than any member I know, or any player I know.

As you can see from the alliance external page, there is an outline as to what is required for those ranks. I think they will be pretty much a guide, and I believe babyBOAT will appoint to those positions when he feels necessary.

I think its too early.

Its babyBOAT's alliance & if he wants to make all the decisions then he should.

Lots of new players coming & going now; its going to take a while to figure out who is here for the long term & has experience & makes good decisions; & ultimately its his decision.

thank you for your view guys...and as i noticed, indeed sir babyBOAT do an incredible job of serving the alliance and protecting it from harm...
and i think all we can do for now is to support his endeavor in the ally...

and also i think i got carried away from the growth of the ally...and its development...
its so good to think that when i enter the ally it was just an underdog and now it boost to top 15 and could possibly on top 10 or even higher...
