How to use less wine

Not sure how many new players we have; this is pretty basic.
If your town population is at its maximum you should lower your wine consumption so the town happiness is neutral.

Indeed, that is substantially correct and when you get museums you can reduce the wine and get satisfaction FOR FREE!!! :O And another way to reduce wine consumption if you're in a pinch with lots of wood/marble and little wine is to upgrade your taverns because you don't just get satisfaction from the wine but also from each level of your tavern.

My goal is having the lowest number possible above 'neutral' for town happiness.
Just started my 4th town - finally going to get some crystal & workshop upgrades now.
